The companies will be sharing an impressive stand that can be found in hall 19 on stand M111, with an extenstive display of their products, including a focus on the original equipment (OE) lighting solutions OSRAM provides, as well as Ring’s aftermarket battery care, workshop tools, and inspection lamps.
Product highlights will include a host of new products that have been recently introduced, including the award winning OSRAM NIGHT BREAKER 200, OSRAM’s Professional Series of working lights and Ring’s coloured inspection lamps, cordless tyre inflator, pro jump starter and RWL400, RWL600 and RWL1000 worklamps.
The stand will host interactive features and experts from both Ring and OSRAM will be on hand throughout the show to discuss products, offer advice and expertise and perform product demonstrations if needed, and there will also be the chance for visitors to win prizes on the stand.
Lighting Marketing Manager for OSRAM, Terri Clark, commented: “Lighting is such a safety critical element that technicians and factors should be wanting to lead by example and fit and sell the best products to their respective customers. We pride ourselves on our premium quality range and believe that we have the best lighting solutions for everyone, so we’re excited to share all of this with the automotive aftermarket and discuss opportunities with different businesses.”
Henry Bisson, Marketing Director at Ring, said: “Automechanika Birmingham is always an excellent show for us to communicate with current and new customers about what we can help them with, whether that’s lighting solutions or one of our other ranges from Ring that are only continuing to grow in popularity.
“While a vast majority of the visitors will be workshop owners or factors, most of them will not realise the potential these accessory products can have on their businesses. For factors or accessory shops, tyre and battery care present a healthy profit margin, especially when upselling them in the best way. As for workshops, it’s vital that technicians have the best tools to hand at all times, if a vehicle has a battery/starter system fault, they need to diagnose and identify it quickly and efficiently to be able to get on with their job for instance.”
