WAI celebrates global connections at Automechanika Frankfurt

WAI has hailed Automechanika Frankfurt 2026 a success after bringing together its international team, customers and partners from across the globe for five days at one of the industry’s leading exhibitions.

Taking place from 8th to 12th September, the trade event provided WAI with a global platform to showcase its expanding product portfolio, strengthened European operation and continued investment in supporting customers across international markets.

Representatives from across WAI’s global business came together in Frankfurt, with team members spanning UK, Europe, Asia, Oceania, the Middle East and LATAM on hand throughout the exhibition to meet customers and partners from around the world.

The show provided an important opportunity to strengthen existing relationships, develop new connections and discuss opportunities for continued growth across WAI’s international markets.

Richard Welland, Chief Commercial Officer at WAI Global, said: “Frankfurt is always a highlight for WAI, but what really stood out this year was having so many of our international colleagues, customers and partners together in one place. We were also joined by WAI Global’s CEO, Ryan Moul, and Executive Vice President, Seth Moul, which further demonstrated the importance of Frankfurt in bringing our global business together.

“There is huge value in having the opportunity to meet face-to-face, share ideas and understand what our customers are experiencing in their individual markets. We had some fantastic conversations throughout the week and came away with plenty of opportunities to build on.”

Visitors to the WAI stand were able to explore the company’s extensive productoffering, including its market-leading starter motors and alternators, comprehensive air conditioning range and newer additions to the portfolio, including brake calipers.

The exhibition also provided an opportunity for WAI to highlight the strength of its European operation following the integration of PSH, with its expanded distribution network, strategically located warehouses and enhanced logistics capabilities supporting increased product availability and faster service across the region.

With WAI supporting passenger car, heavy duty, agricultural, industrial, marine and powersports applications worldwide, Automechanika Frankfurt offered the ideal setting to demonstrate the breadth of the business and its ability to support customers across multiple markets and sectors.

Welland added: “The automotive aftermarket is a global industry, but ultimately, it is built on relationships. Frankfurt gives us the chance to bring those relationships together on a truly international stage.

“A huge thank you to everyone who visited the WAI stand and to our team for making the show such a success. We’ve returned with lots of momentum, new ideas and exciting conversations to take forward.”
