Advertising Terms & Conditions
Connecting Media Group Ltd are committed to providing our advertisers with outstanding value and excellent customer service. To enable us to meet our own exacting standards of service and value we advise all clients that our payment terms are strictly 28 days unless a written variation to our terms has been issued by the company prior to the sale being made. To ensure we complete your booking to your total satisfaction or without inconvenience it is a requirement of our terms and conditions of trade that we are provided with a purchase order authorisation number with ALL bookings when invoice payment by your company requires the same. Your Connecting Media Account Manager can provide further information. In the event that an advertising booking has been made and a cancellation of the advertising has been requested, we can grant a discretionary cancellation up to 21 calendar days before the magazine is due to go to press. Cancellations within 21 days of the print date will not be accepted.
