At Esprit we don’t believe in resting on our laurels. We’ve been selling repair kits to the windscreen industry for over 40 years now, and we’re always looking for ways to keep our customers happy, whilst maintaining the integrity of the windscreen repair kit.
So what have we been up to recently? Well, firstly, our customers said that they wanted a harder wearing case, and we agreed, so we’ve now introduced our new heavy duty black case for the Elite kit and the Classic Elite kit. While we were doing this, we took the opportunity to update the linings as well, and we hope you agree that they look really smart, while also ensuring that all your products stay in the right place.
Next? We know that environmental issues are front and centre, and so we’ve also introduced the reusable stainless steel injector. Firstly, it means that you can do away with replacement plastic injectors (although we are still selling these), and secondly the stainless steel injector looks great and comes with a 5 year warranty. If you’re a regular repairer, it makes financial sense to have one of these, and even if you’re not, they look so great that you might just want one anyway.
Our next addition is for those of you who carry out a lot of repairs away from your garage or workshop – the battery pack. This easily portable, rechargeable battery enables you to carry out 20+ cycles of repairs, and also means no trailing wires.
Finally, we’ve recently introduced UV proof syringes, also useful for those of you who repair outside. These ensure that no resin will start to cure inside the syringe, making repairing on sunny days even easier. We tested these under the Australian sun, so we know they can deal with anything!
On top of these new products, we used the 2020/21 lockdowns to perfect our online training and demonstrations, and these training courses can now be booked online, meaning you can be trained anywhere in the world, so long as you’ve got a camera and the internet. We also became certified as an accredited IMI training centre, so you can be confident that your training will keep you on top of your repair game.
