Jayar Car Parts, the family-owned and independent motor factor, is delighted to announce that Paul Mills has been promoted to the position of sales and marketing manager.
Paul, who has been a valued and respected member of the Jayar family for 27 years, has consistently demonstrated exceptional commitment, professionalism and a genuine passion for both Jayar and its customers.
Now, Paul takes on a broader leadership position. His key responsibilities include driving continued growth and development of Jayar’s sales and marketing functions, leading and supporting regional managers and sales teams, and planning and delivering promotional and marketing campaigns to strengthen market presence.

As Jayar celebrates 50 years of supplying the trade in 2026, continues its branch expansion strategy and integration of recently acquired Independent Motor Factors, Paul is delighted to continue playing an instrumental role in the distributor’s short and long-term future.
