HELLA to launch new products at Automechanika Birmingham

HELLA is gearing up for a high-profile presence at Automechanika Birmingham 2025, where it will unveil new products, announce key developments, and offer exclusive show promotions.

Taking place at the NEC from June 3-5, the event will see FORVIA HELLA reclaim its position as a leader in thermal management. With a rich heritage in OE thermal solutions, HELLA is bringing its expertise back to the forefront to help garages meet the rising demand for servicing engine, battery, transmission, and HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning). The initial product lineup includes key components such as compressors, condensers, blowers, radiators, and intercoolers, with plans for further expansion.

“Reinforcing our commitment to thermal management is a significant step in meeting the evolving demands of the automotive aftermarket,” said Neil Grant, Managing Director at HELLA UK. “As vehicles become more reliant on advanced cooling systems, we’re excited to share our OE expertise.”

In addition to thermal solutions, HELLA will introduce its highly anticipated braking range, featuring a comprehensive selection of pads, discs, and hydraulics for a wide range of vehicle applications, including hybrid and electric models.

Another highlight at the show will be the Hella Gutmann CSC-Tool X 20, an advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) calibration tool. Designed to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and productivity in the workshop, it features a sleek frame, foldable crossbar, 3D cameras, and an industrial-grade screen with OE-sized targets to ensure precision.

“Automechanika Birmingham 2025 marks a key milestone for HELLA as we showcase our latest innovations and reinforce our commitment to helping independent garages stay ahead,” said Neil. “We’re looking forward to connecting with garage owners, technicians and apprentices at the show, demonstrate what we have to offer, and support the future of the automotive repair industry.”

Visitors to the stand can take advantage of exclusive show promotions, including a £300 discount on the mega macs S 20 diagnostic tool. Available for just £2,150 + VAT (down from £2,450) until the end of June, the package includes a rugged Android tablet and two years of software updates.

Packed with advanced features, the mega macs S 20 supports Diagnostics over Internet Protocol (DoIP) and CAN-FD protocols, ensuring compatibility with the latest vehicle systems. Its built-in Cyber Security Management (CSM) eliminates the hassle of complex manufacturer registrations, providing quick access to security-protected vehicles from Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, Renault, Volkswagen, and more.

Attendees also have the opportunity to get the macsRemote diagnostic unit for just £695 (normally £845) until the end of June. macsRemote provides independent garages with remote access to vehicle manufacturer (VM) diagnostic tools, giving them unparalleled support and diagnostic capabilities for the very latest models that even the most advanced tools may not cover. The device connects to the vehicle, allowing technicians to remotely access all electronic systems via the Hella Gutmann online portal, enabling expert diagnostics without ongoing license charges.

Beyond its 90 sq.m stand near the Hall 19 entrance, HELLA will be actively involved in the Aftermarket Hub in Hall 20, where it will deliver a presentation on the increasing significance of ADAS calibration for independent workshops. The company will also be engaging with the next generation of technicians at Motorvate in Hall 17.
