Ryan joined ACIS in 2016 as manager – customer programmes. He was instrumental in the
development of the distribution network’s range of value-added programmes including the
inventory management and ordering system Ascribe, taking responsibility for its development,
installation, training, and support. He then drove the development of the Ascribe replacement
AIMS along with Tracker, ACIS’ repair management software employed by Europcar.
In 2019, Ryan was promoted to business development manager when he took on responsibility
for managing ACIS’ key accounts including TrustFord, Gefco and Europcar. He was also
responsible for developing new business and enjoyed success winning several new accounts.
During this time, Ryan continued to oversee the development of AIMS, successfully bringing it
to market as well as the other ACIS value-added programmes.
