The Philips RacingVision GT200, which offers up to +200% brighter light than the industry standard, has already been judged “Best of Test” in Auto Plus’ group headlamp test and has been named a “Recommended Buy” in the previous Auto Express bulb test as well as being Highly Commended in Auto Express’ Product Awards in both 2021 and 2022.
In awarding the Philips RacingVision GT200 the coveted “Best Buy” status, Auto Express reported that our bulb had scored the highest Figure of Merit (the combined measurement of light at both 50m and 75m on low beam) by some 10% compared to any of its competitors. Auto Express also, for the first time, included price of purchase as a factor in its assessment and concluded that Philips RacingVision GT200 was “a winning combination.”
