Launching in June 2024, the new website will deliver an intuitive experience with a fresh, modern design for car buyers who love the RAC brand and provide automotive retailers with a fantastic showcase for their vehicles.
The new RAC Cars website will have feature parity with heycar and be optimised for modern digital retailing, including a responsive design that renders perfectly across all devices and screen sizes.
Developed in line with RAC brand guidelines, the site will also provide a showcase for other great services from RAC.

The new RAC Cars site will also highlight the benefits to the consumer of buying from an RAC Approved Dealer. This 1,400-strong retailer group is operated by the RAC in conjunction with Assurant, its partner in the aftersales sector, providing a market-leading range of warranty and cosmetic insurance products.
Lee Coomber, RAC director at Assurant, said: “Many of our dealers make extensive use of RAC Cars to advertise their cars and it is a core part of our proposition. This deal with heycar will provide them with a new and attractive route to market.”
