IAAF announces latest new member: Imexpart Limited

The Independent Automotive Aftermarket Federation (IAAF) has announced the latest addition to its membership, leading parts distributor, Imexpart Limited.

Founded in 1986, Imexpart has been a key player in the automotive parts distribution sector, specialising in replacement parts for trucks and engine parts catering to car, van, truck, and bus applications.

The brand, recently acquired by Universal Parts Group (UPG), has expanded its reach by acquiring Driveshaft Parts Limited in Swindon, where it now offers its complete range of truck, engine, and driveline parts and a same-day delivery service.

Imexpart works hard to support the UK’s motor factors with an online portal, wholesale discounts, priority email and free delivery in depot areas.

Martin Butterworth, managing director at Imexpart, comments: “We’re excited to be a part of this influential community to enjoy the many benefits of the federation including industry insights, networking opportunities and market visibility. Our decision to join IAAF reflects our dedication to excellence, our commitment to staying informed, and our desire to actively contribute to the growth and success of the independent automotive aftermarket in the UK.

“We look forward to collaborating with fellow members and leveraging the resources provided by IAAF to strengthen our position in the market.”

Mark Field, chief executive of IAAF, said: “As a constantly growing federation, it’s great to have members like Imexpart join IAAF as we continue to expand our roster. Imexpart has established itself as a trusted aftermarket business, and we’re delighted to have them on board.”
