All available slots have now been booked at the service member village, which offers Federation members higher degrees of exposure than ever before, with the opportunity to network with delegates and showcase their companies amongst distinguished industry guests.
After two years of virtual events IAAF is hosting its annual conference and awards dinner face-to-face again, with the service member village expanded to allow more members to attend.
The final roster of confirmed stands at the village includes Autotech Recruit, Boswells, East Coast College IAAF Academy, Elcome, E-Motive, Fincred, Glen Callum Associates, Hive Insurance, Kerridge, and Phocas Software.
Mark Field, chief executive of IAAF, said: “It’s great to be returning to a face-to-face conference for the first time since 2019 after two years of virtual events. The service member village is back bigger than ever before bringing our membership closer together.
“This year’s theme is ‘Overcoming adversity, the path to a prosperous aftermarket future’, which is really appropriate as the sector faces numerous economic challenges prompted by Brexit, the legacy of the pandemic plus continued supply chain issues and skills shortages; the conference will interrogate these and examine the opportunities available for businesses and individuals across the aftermarket.”
The conference will feature inspirational war veteran and campaigner Robin Horsfall as its keynote speaker, with his speeches underlined with the theme of overcoming adversity. The conference will also feature economist Vicky Pryce, UK AFCAR and IAAF technical director Neil Pattemore, GIPA’s Quentin le Hetet, Matt Cleevely from Cleevely EV and, Julia Muir from Automotive 30.
