FAI Automotive has reinforced its commitment to high-quality engine repair solutions with the introduction of an extended five-year / 60,000-mile warranty across its full Timing Chain Kit (TCK) range, offering customers more confidence than ever before.
For over 15 years, FAI has supplied the market with reliable, OE-matching timing chain solutions. Backed by proven technical expertise and a strong commitment to product development, more than 2.5 million kits have been sold since launch. This success is supported by a comprehensive and well-established range of 550 kit variations, covering around 90% of the UK vehicle parc.

FAI’s TCK range undergoes rigorous testing, including endurance, durability, destruction and thermal shock testing, ensuring each kit performs reliably over a long service life. The programme also incorporates the latest OE advancements, such as high torque chains for modern applications. Chain flex is limited to 0.3 percent, far exceeding the aftermarket norm of one to three percent, further extending longevity.
