Due to the popularity of these events, professional technicians and garage owners in Greater Manchester and the surrounding area are being encouraged to register as soon as possible.
The Tameside event will follow the usual REPXPERT Academy LIVE format, with attendees being welcomed from 9am for breakfast and registration, and training sessions starting at 10am until around 4pm. Complimentary lunch and refreshments are included throughout the day, and as the event is held in partnership with The Institute of the Motor Industry, CPD points can be claimed by all visitors.
Matt Selby, Sales & Marketing Director for Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket (UK) Ltd said: “We believe that REPXPERT Academy LIVE is the perfect platform for technicians and garage owners wanting to enhance their knowledge of the latest products, tools, and hints and tips from Schaeffler. We are also pleased to welcome Bosch, who will be presenting a diagnostics mini masterclass in the workshop, whilst Andy Savva, The Garage Inspector, makes a welcome return to provide some invaluable workshop business best practice.”
Two Schaeffler classroom-based sessions are also included, on double clutch technology and belt drive systems, both incorporating demonstrations, hands-on participation, theory, and engagement. Each attendee will experience all four training sessions during the day, and will also have the chance to interact with selected guests in the workshop hub, including experts from the IMI and Tameside College, plus familiar workshop names such as TechMan, Garage Services Online, Laser Tools and Motul.
Schaeffler Marketing Communications Manager, Jeff Earl said: “As with all our previous Academy Live events, we expect the classes to be full and the workshop buzzing with delegates taking the opportunity to network with like-minded workshop professionals as well as engaging with our guest suppliers.”
