ALLDATA Europe to dispel technical data misconceptions at MECHANEX

ALLDATA Europe is leading the charge to put right some of incorrect assumptions of technical data myths, with its UK sales director, Simon Frost, optimistic of inspiring confidence in independent technicians.

ALLDATA Europe, a provider of original vehicle manufacturer (VM) diagnostic, repair and maintenance data, is pleased to announce its participation at the inaugural MECHANEX event in Harrogate.

Taking place at the Yorkshire Event Centre on the 16th and 17th May, ALLDATA Europe will be present at the event, with an exclusive seminar presented by its UK sales director, Simon Frost. He will ‘debunk’ five common myths that relate to the use of technical data in the workshop.

From concerns about costs and beliefs that technicians can ‘get by’ without investing in accurate technical data, to incorrect assumptions that ‘everything’ can be found online, Simon will address these misconceptions and is confident of leaving the audience with fresh knowledge and renewed confidence.

He said: “It is always a pleasure to present and share my knowledge and experiences with eager and passionate garage professionals. I am confident that my presentation will make an indelible impact on the audience and inspire their future decisions, all for the benefit of enhancing their customer service.”

Away from the seminar arena, MECHANEX visitors are encouraged to pay the ALLDATA Europe stand a visit. There, delegates can take advantage of a no-obligation free trial, with the opportunity of a 12-month subscription. Existing customers, meanwhile, have the ideal chance to quiz the company’s friendly and professional team.

Simon added: “We are pleased to engage with MECHANEX attendees, offering them first-hand insights into the power of original VM data. Our team looks forward to assisting both existing and potential customers in harnessing the full potential of ALLDATA Europe’s solutions.”
