“The 39% year on year increase in our booking volumes demonstrates the growing confidence drivers have in using our platform. Our insights show that while price matters, convenience and trust including proximity to home, availability and strong customer reviews – are the real drivers behind booking decisions.”

Meanwhile, bookings from BookMyGarage had a ‘significant’ impact on business for almost four- fifths (79%) of garages, according to the company’s latest survey*. Ruddick added: “Those businesses which fully engage with our support team, deliver great communication and service levels to customers and encourage reviews after the appointment, tend to get much better returns. Our record-breaking year is testament to the fact that in our digital age, our platform is an essential toolkit for the aftermarket sector. We are looking forward to an even better 2026.”
