Accelerate, a premium package designed to drive measurable growth for garages through digital marketing, customer acquisition, and operational support, is about to celebrate its second anniversary in February. Key improvements follow eighteen-months of feedback from its client base, in particular, newly onboarded businesses, to better reflect evolving demands and to further improve products and services.
Central to Accelerate’s proposition is its 300% revenue return guarantee (or £3 for every £1 investment) in the first 12-months of utilising the platform and the measures will ensure it fulfils its promise to both new and existing partners.

– A rotational search standout helps garages gain visibility and generate reviews organically.
– Launched comprehensive customer surveys to identify process improvements to ensure no-shows and cancellations remain within expected industry levels.
– Automated Facebook content to be replaced with a bespoke solution.
-Upgraded customer support with a new advanced telephony system and dedicated account managers for faster, more effective responses with a goal to outperform Q3’s inbound 98% garage-query answer rate.
