Delphi to offer future insight at TechFest

Delphi is set to have a major presence at the inaugural GSF Car Parts TechFest being held on June 13 at Wembley from 4.00pm - 9.30pm.

The event promises to bring together independent garage owners, technicians, and industry professionals from across the country to explore the latest advancements in parts, tools, and garage equipment.

“Delphi is not just showcasing garage solutions, we’re providing an immersive experience into the future of automotive technology at TechFest,” said Luke Garratt, UK Technical Services Manager at Delphi. “From showcasing our latest technologies to offering exclusive deals, hands-on experiences, and expert insights, we’re empowering technicians and garage owners with insights into the servicing and repair jobs that we’ll be working on in the future.”

During his highly anticipated talk at the event, Luke will discuss powertrain trends, enlightening attendees on the advantages, disadvantages, and differences of each type. He will also explore which powertrains are likely to become prevalent in our workshops in the coming years.

Delphi’s internal combustion hydrogen powertrain rig, developed for its new ‘advanced hydrogen’ two-day training course, will give stand visitors the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding on the principles of operation.

Other attractions include the Delphi liveried Ford Fiesta ST 180, boosted to deliver 240bhp and driven by the talented Joseph Knight in the BRSCC AIRTEC Motorsport Fiesta ST240 Championship. Visitors will have the chance to try and beat his lap time during an Alpine racing simulator challenge.

“TechFest is going to be an unmissable event,” said Luke. “With free attendance, parking, and a host of engaging activities, it brings a unique opportunity to connect with suppliers, discover the latest technology, and network with industry peers.”
