Autocraft of Kenilworth, which will now operate as Fix Auto Kenilworth, has joined the organisation following
the recent addition of Fix Auto Stourport.
Owned and managed by highly respected vehicle repair specialist Ray Cooke, the centre may currently be
one of the smaller facilities within the network at just 2,500 square feet, but it already boasts an enviable
reputation for exceptional craftsmanship and specialist repairs.
Plans are already underway to double the size of the site, demonstrating Ray’s commitment to growth and
his confidence in the future of the business under the Fix Auto UK banner.
Ray is widely recognised for his meticulous approach to vehicle repair and restoration, particularly when it
comes to high-end sports cars and rare classics. Over the years, he has built an unrivalled reputation in the
region and beyond for working on some of the most prestigious and valuable vehicles on both road and
racetrack, including icons such as the Ferrari 250 GTO, widely considered one of the most valuable cars in
the world.
Despite the modest footprint of the site, the centre is currently staffed by a team of five highly skilled
technicians. With expansion plans already underway, and BSI 10125 accreditation secured as 2025 drew
to a close, the business is also preparing to recruit additional technicians and support staff once the
building works are completed.
Ray said: “Joining Fix Auto UK represents an exciting new chapter for the business. We’ve built our
reputation on craftsmanship and attention to detail, particularly when working with specialist and high-value
vehicles. Becoming Fix Auto Kenilworth allows us to retain those values while also benefiting from the
strength, structure and opportunities that come from being part of a respected national network.
“I repair cars — that’s where my specialisms lie — and I’m the first to admit that support and guidance in
developing the business is invaluable. The infrastructure in place to help me grow the business is
formidable.”
The expansion of the facility will not only increase repair capacity but will also create new employment
opportunities locally, ensuring the centre can meet growing demand while continuing to deliver the
exceptional standards customers have come to expect.
Mark Hutchins, Operations Director for Fix Auto UK, added: “Ray and his team are passionate vehicle
repairers with an incredibly strong reputation. The business has so much potential, we’re just flattered he
has turned to us to help him fulfil his ambitions for growth and development.”
