Shaftec’s latest additions follow the month of June, when 41 driveshafts and one CV joint became a part of the company’s New To Range portfolio.
Shaftec Marketing Manager Adrian Kitchen said: “With each passing month, our New To Range product line expands even further. We hope these new brake calipers offer our customers the solutions they are looking for, with more choices for several different vehicles.
“It is worth reminding customers that remanufactured parts often perform as reliably and as strong as new products. Shaftec always ensures that its components can meet or surpass the highest standards, helping you to save money from having to spend on brand new parts.”
Here are some signs that your brake calipers might need changing:
– Reduced stopping power: If you notice that your vehicle is taking longer to stop than usual
– Pulling to one side: Your brake caliper might be seized if the car pulls to one side while braking
– A sticking caliper could cause the brake pads to wear unevenly
– A stuck caliper could cause a grinding noise when braking
– And last but certainly not least, damaged caliper seals can cause the vehicle to leak brake fluid which
can be dangerous
Shaftec always recommends that if drivers notice any issues with their vehicle, they seek the advice of an expert.
